Third time coming to this place and have no regrets. Customer service is just amazing, everything is perfect here.

If you are a couple with no children, I would highly suggest selecting an Excellence Club room. It is 100% worth it with the private check in as well as the select areas that are adults only. Pool was amazing and all the bar staff around the property were great, service was wonderful (Mary, Jerinco, Antonio, Wilson, Rony, Orlando, Victor)!!! The guys in charge of entertainment around the property (Javier, Xavier, Christian) were so fun and friendly. For our first all inclusive it was a memorable experience and we have totally caught the bug! I think this place is perfect for families and couple alike.

Resort was a 1/4 full so a lot of restaurants were closed. we have been to this resort 3 times now and for the first time ever, we tried to book a reservation at a restaurant and were told there were no available times. We walked by the resturant at 7 pm and there were more empty seats than filled seats. Was very disappointed at the lack of care in the staff. the other pet peeve, the "Lobster House" does not offer any Lobster - none. No rolls, no tails, no soup, no salad...how can a Lobster House not offer lobster? First world problems i know, was just silly though.

The drinks at some of the bars were not good, in my opinion swim-up bar was the most decent choice and best drinks. Stuff is amazing, pool is big and clean, property clean in general, but when I book 5-star hotel I expect them to at least have a tv-subscription so I don’t have to watch 20 min ads with only 10 minutes watching the movie. Also room was good, but the paint job/maintenance parts of the room/pool were not the best, not a 5-star hotel level, I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive 5 starts and I would give this hotel 4/4.5 starts, not 5. Room service food choice and the way it’s done - honestly bad. But cafeteria food was amazing, but a lot of days almost the same with barely any changes. Overall 3.5/5 in my opinion, BUT, will definitely consider coming back due to how calm it is and the beach, so clean and peaceful. But could be more free activities that you don’t have to pay extra for, kind of boring with that. And extra activities are WAY too expensive, I understand it’s a hotel and those are hotel prices, but again, I have experience to compare it too. Not bad, definitely worth coming back, but also not as good as could be for the prices they have.

Todo estaba perfecto el servicio, casi todo los restaurantes excepto el bufet que no había variedad en el desayuno siempre era lo mismo y lo más molesto fue que la habitación que habíamos escogido no estaba disponible supuestamente la habían rentado fue un tremendo inconveniente, primer día sin desempacar por culpa del hotel si no hubiera sido por ese inconveniente mi estancia hubiera sido perfecta además los dos cuartos en los que estuve el aire acondicionado supuestamente puesto en 62of parecía 76 los aires están todos muy malos deberían cambiarlos
